Community leaders from Ouachita, Calhoun, and Union Counties gathered yesterday at the Museum of Natural Resources in Smackover to examine the early childhood landscape of our communities. Geania DIckey with dot2dot Consulting and Leigh Keener with the Arkansas State Board of Education represented as a panel of experts to provide current updates and to answer questions related to expanding quality access for families and funding needs to support access. Thank you to our businesses and industries, higher education, school leaders, and non-profits for your interest in providing quality care and education for our youngest of learners. The event was sponsored by the SCSC Early Childhood Local Lead Agency and the Museum of Natural Resources. #weARsouthcentral
